OURSELVES
Do we have a showroom? Of course we do! We are not just an internet only company and welcome the opportunity of meeting you to get ideas and inspect the quality of our furniture at our showrooms or indeed at the main warehouse of our parent company LPC Furniture Co on Vickers Ind. Est. Mellishaw Ln, Morecambe. LA3 3EN.
Do we have a catalogue? We have a design based brochure that can be requested on this site. However we pride ourselves that the site carries a large selection of our ranges and of course, for the best personal service feel free to inspect the products at any of our stores or main warehouse. See above….
Is the furniture available in other colours? Any of the pine furniture is hand stained and waxed on the premises and we are able to do lighter or darker finishes. These special colours may add to the delivery timescale to varying degrees.
ORDERING
How do I place my order? For any prices, information or ordering can be done either by phone on 01524 382 999 or email on sales@naturalonline.co.uk after which one of our sales team will contact you to answer your needs and where necessary advise on delivery times and confirm your order. At present our site is not transactional. This is a deliberate decision in order to give the best personal and local service within the North West area.
What method of payment do we accept?Upon ordering we require only a 20% deposit (most internet sites will demand payment in full) and the balance to be paid before delivery. We take any of the main cards including Mastercard, Visa, Maestro, Switch and Amex. You are welcome to send a cheque for either the deposit or the balance. In the case of a cheque we will require time for clearance prior to delivery.
Do your prices include VAT? Yes. Any prices quoted to you by our team include VAT.
DELIVERIES
How are the deliveries arranged? We will contact you several days before delivery in order to arrange a suitable date. Our delivery teams operate Mon/Fri 9-5 and we always aim to give an AM or PM time. If useful our teams can also contact you an hour before delivery on mobile or landline.
How much does delivery cost? All our local deliveries over a £250 goods value are completely free of charge as far as Tebay to the north, Ingleton to the east, Barrow in the west and Preston to the south. Any other areas can be covered at an additional cost. Where necessary there are always two staff on the van and the team will put the goods in the room of your choice.
We also offer a build-up service when we deliver your goods, and we take away the packaging too. This is a one off charge and NOT per item and includes removal of all packaging. This charge covers the teams time and the disposal of all packing in proper manner. For any advice on this including pricing just contact our sales team.
Are any special arrangements required for delivery? Simply ensure the room and access to it is as open as possible. Please also be aware that due to Health and Safety legislation the team cannot remove their shoes and so ensure that any carpet that requires it is covered or blanketed. Due to the same laws and insurance it is also not possible to deliver items through first floor windows, over balconies, climbing ladders or via scaffolding - all of which have been real requests through our time! Also please advise us at point of order of any vehicular access difficulties. This will enable us to plan which vehicles to use on any given run.
